Jobs for pre-event:
- Decorating ballroom
- Set-up/Display
- Transporting Auction Items
- Helping the DJ set up equipment
During Event:
- Greeters
- Registration
- Raffle Ticket Sellers
- Data Entry
- Silent Auction Monitors/Closers
- Live Auction Runners & Spotters
- Live item display AKA "Vanna White"
- Live & Silent Auction Packagers
- Clean-up crew
Many hands ensure great service and efficiency throughout the auction and we look forward to having your help at this great event to support our school!
